摘要:
中国石化江苏油田真武天然气集中处理站精馏段产品收率低质量不稳定,通过自控系统技改,对调节阀、控制方式、化验装置进行了部分改造,根据现场情况和需要确定实际匹配的流量系数Kv值,同时增加了DCS集散控制系统控制系统优化精馏装置的控制方式。改造后保证了产品质量,提高了产品收率,减少工人劳动强度,节约能耗成本。
Abstract:
The distillation products of Zhenwu Natural Gas Centralized Processing Station in Jiangsu Oilfield are of unstable quality and low yield. For this reason, the automatic control system of the equipment is improved: reforming regulating valve, control mode and laboratory test device, determining flow-rate coefficient according to site conditions and requirements, and adding distributed control system to optimize distillation device. The improvement ensures the quality of the products, increases the yield of the products and reduces the labor intensity of workers and energy consumption cost.
