摘要:
液压吊卡是以液压为动力用来吊起钻杆、油管和套管等管材的工具,是对传统人工手动吊卡的替代。它提高了钻井效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了钻井作业的安全性,是吊卡技术发展的必然方向。在对液压吊卡液压系统、控制系统和机械系统工作原理分析的基础上,建立了可靠性分析的数学模型,由此求出系统可靠性的变化规律,找出了系统中的薄弱点,指出了使用中需要注意的事项。
Abstract:
The hydraulic elevator is a tool using hydraulic pressure as power and used for lifting the drill pipe, tubing and casing pipe. It is an alternative tool to the traditional manual elevator. It improves drilling efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers and increases the safety of drilling operations. It is the inevitable development direction of the lifting technology. The mathematical model for reliability analysis of hydraulic elevator is established based on the analysis of the hydraulic system, the control system and the mechanical system of the hydraulic elevator. The change rule of the system reliability is obtained from the model and the vulnerabilities in the system are found. The matters needing attention in the use of the hydraulic elevator are proposed.
