摘要:
为掌握站场内主工艺流程中隐性“盲端”或“盲管”内油品对干线纯净油品质量的影响,归纳总结站场典型盲端结构,并利用计算流体动力学商业软件CFX,对典型盲端结构进行成品油油品置换数值模拟研究。对管道输量、盲端结构管径、盲端长度、盲端结构类型、油品黏度、油品顺序等主要影响因素进行探讨,分析得到各工况油品置换时间、置换速度、混油浓度分布及盲端油品置换规律。由此为今后站场设置及站内油品置换问题提供参考依据。
Abstract:
In order to study the influence of the oil in the tube blind ends or blind tubes in the intermediate stations on the quality of the oil in the main pipeline of order or alternate oil transportation, the typical structures of the tube blind ends or blind tubes are classified, and the numerical simulation of the oil displacement in the tube blind ends or blind tubes is carried out using CFX software. The influences of the transportation flow-rate of main pipeline, the structural types, the diameter and the length of the blind structures, oil viscosity and oil transportation order on the oil displacement are discussed, and the displacement time, the displacement rate, the concentration distribution and the displacement laws of the oils in the blind structures are gained, which provide reference for the design of the intermediate stations and the displacement of oils in the stations.
