摘要:
针对质量培训工作遇到的实际问题和培训现状,通过分析和借鉴现代企业管理理念中的教练式管理,总结性地提出“教练式思维模式”,并将思维模式中的“缺什么、补什么、干什么、学什么、练什么、考什么”培训原则和注重“位置、动作、次序” 的技能提升方式两大核心要素运用到现场施工质量和资料质量的培训工作中去,并采用 “体验启发式”的教育模式和“注重能力转化”的对话模式,使其充分发挥目标明确、贴近实际的作用,做到“讲”和“练”有机结合,使质量培训工作“科学化、合理化、规范化”,进而提升了队伍的整体质量水平。
Abstract:
According to the practical problems existing in quality training works, a “coaching-style thinking mode” is proposed by means of the coaching-style management idea in modern enterprise management, and the training principles of “missing what, making up what, doing what, learning what, practicing what, examining what” and the skill improving way of emphasizing “position, action, order” , two core elements of the “coaching-style thinking mode”, are applied to the on-site construction quality and file quality training. Their roles are full paid by using the education mode of experience and inspiration and the dialogue mode of emphasizing ability transformation. The combination of “lecturing” with “exercising” makes quality training work “scientific, rationalization, standardization” , and thus the overall quality of the team is enhanced.
