摘要:
围绕天然气能量计量技术发展的需要,ISO及OMIL等国际组织相继发布并修订了一系列重要标准与规范。其总体目标是: 通过建立与完善量值传递(或溯源)链的途径以提高能量计量系统的准确度;并将气相色谱分析系统的不确定度评定与精密度评价结合一体,通过蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)模拟的途径以评定整个管输商品天然气网络系统的测量不确定度。根据当前国际发展态势,对我国能量计量技术及其标准化的发展提出了若干认识与建议。
Abstract:
According to the needs of natural gas energy metering technology development, ISO and other international organizations have issued and revised a number of important standards and specifications, and their overall goal is: improving the accuracy of energy metering system by establishing and improving quantity value transfer (or traceable) chain; combining the uncertainty evaluation with the precision evaluation of GC analysis system; evaluating the measuring uncertainty of commercial natural gas pipeline network system by Monte Carlo simulation. Some understandings and suggestions for the development and the standardization of China’s energy metering technology are proposed according to current international development trend.
