摘要:
传统的两相分离器难以满足塔中油田目前的生产计量现状,腐蚀、结垢、串液等问题均有出现,极大地影响了单井的计量工作。为了解决计量问题,于2012年启动了计量改造项目,在转油站及各阀组间安装了基于分离和非分离相结合的新型计量装置-XF-2005III计量撬,通过现场的实际试验、对比、验证,该计量分离器具有体积小、精度高、测量准确性高、操作简单、存储便捷等优点,适合在沙漠腹地使用。同时,对XF-2005III型两相计量撬在设计上的一些缺陷进行了分析和探讨,并进行了改进。
Abstract:
The traditional two-phase separator is difficult to meet the current metering status in Tazhong Oilfield, and corrosion, scaling and liquid channeling greatly influence single-well metering. For solving these problems, a new metering device XF-2005III is installed in oil gathering stations and between valve groups. The application shows that XF-2005III metering device is of the advantages of small size, high accuracy, simple operation and convenient storage, and it is suitable for use in desert. The design defects of XF-2005III are studied, and they are improved.
