摘要:
针对常用的电驱离心式压缩机组,建立了在电驱增压系统运行阶段包含45个基本事件的电驱增压系统故障树。采用故障树定性分析法辨识出40个电驱增压系统故障的主要影响因素,通过对电驱增压系统故障的主要影响因素进行模糊灰关联分析,排出电驱增压系统故障影响因素的关联度序,得到各个主要因素对电驱增压系统影响的大小程度,为增压系统单元风险指标的权重分配提供了理论依据,也有助于采取针对性的措施来预防增压系统的故障发生。
Abstract:
The fault tree of a common centrifugal motor driving compressor group pressurization system in operating phase is established, and the fault tree contains 45 basic events. 40 main influencing factors of the faults of the motor driving pressurization system are identified by the qualitative analysis of the fault tree. Then the fuzzy gray relation order of the 40 main factors is obtained by fuzzy gray relational analysis of the motor driving pressurization system, that is, the influencing degree order of the 40 factors on the motor driving pressurization system is gained, which provides the basis for the weight distribution of the risk indexes of the motor driving pressurization system, and also helpful to taking appropriate measures to prevent the occurrence of the faults of the pressurization system.
