摘要:
压裂支撑剂质量的准确判定直接影响着油田压裂增产效果,快速评价压裂支撑剂的关键性能指标为破碎率。通过结合生产厂家检测环境与质检中心检测实际情况,对影响压裂支撑剂破碎率检测的标准应用、温度湿度、实验过程等因素进行分析,同时对生产厂家的产品质量控制与室内实验操作过程提出改进建议,从而提高检测的准确性,降低检测的误差。
Abstract:
The accurate determination of fracturing proppant quality has a direct impact on the stimulation effect of oil field fracturing. The key index for the fast evaluation of fracturing proppant quality is breakage rate. The factors affecting the fracturing proppant breakage rate (standard, temperature, humidity, experimental process) are analyzed according to the testing environment of the manufacturer and the quality inspection center, and suggestions for improving the product quality control and laboratory test operation process of fracturing proppant manufacturer are put forward in order to improve the detection accuracy of fracturing proppant breakage rate and to reduce the detection error.
