摘要:
在某批次的X80M钢级的螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管的抗HIC性能检验中发现,部分钢管的CLR、CTR及CSR等值偏大。为此,对螺旋埋弧焊管的成分、显微组织等进行了分析。研究结果表明,该批钢管的母材有较大尺寸的TiN非金属夹杂物及其他非金属夹杂物,对于X80M钢管,非金属夹杂物是造成钢管的管体HIC值偏大的主要因素。 
Abstract:
It was found that the CLR, CTR, CSR values of some X80M grade SSAW steel pipes were too high during the HIC resistance test. Therefore, the composition and microstructure of the submerged arc welded pipes are analyzed. The results show that there are TiN inclusion of larger size and other non-metallic inclusions in the base materials of the steel pipes. For X80M steel pipe, the non-metallic inclusions are the main factor causing the high HIC value of the steel pipe.
