摘要:
在宏观形貌、化学成分、金相组织、力学性能、断口腐蚀产物及载荷分析的基础上,对35CrMoA抽油杆的失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:35CrMoA抽油杆的主要失效原因是腐蚀疲劳,疲劳源位于抽油杆表面腐蚀坑处,腐蚀产物中除Fe的氧化物外还有较多的硫化物。腐蚀坑在较大的载荷作用下容易产生疲劳裂纹,最终导致抽油杆腐蚀疲劳失效。文中提出了防止同类抽油杆发生断裂失效的措施。
Abstract:
The failure causes of 35CrMoA sucker rod were analyzed on the basis of macroscopic appearance, chemical composition, metallographic structure, mechanical properties and corrosion products of fracture surface and load analysis. The results show that the main failure cause of 35CrMoA sucker rod is corrosion fatigue. The fatigue source is located in the corrosion pit on the sucker rod surface. There are more sulfides in the corrosion products besides Fe oxides. The corrosion pit is liable to produce fatigue cracks under large loads, which eventually leads to corrosion fatigue failure of sucker rods. Some measures to prevent fracture failure of similar sucker rods are put forward.
