渤海油田经过多年的生产,部分地层压力有所下降,生产管柱底部的开关工具通过管柱上提和下放来实现完井防砂管柱中的防漏失阀开启和关闭,实现井筒与地层的连通和隔绝。打开防漏失阀,因井底压力高于地层压力,液面快速下降。继续下放管柱出现遇阻、卡现象。起出检查过电缆封隔器解封,更换新的过电缆封隔器仍有阻、卡问题。对工具结构和受力分析是防漏失阀打开时阀上部的液柱压力远高于下部,井筒内液体快速下降,对过电缆封隔器产生较大的冲击力,将卡瓦套销钉剪切,导致管柱遇阻、卡现场发生。通过优化工具结构和提高销钉强度,将管柱顺利下入到位,保证了单井安全生产。
Abstract:
Many years of production, some formation pressure in Bohai oilfield has decreased. By lifting and lowering the production string, the leakage prevention valve at the bottom of the sand control string can be opened and closed, which realizes the connection and isolation between the wellbore and the formation. When the leak-proof valve is opened, the liquid level drops rapidly because the bottom hole pressure is higher than formation pressure, and when the pipe string continues to be lowered, the resistance and the sticking will occur. After lifting out cable-through packer and replacing it with a new one, the resistance and the sticking will occur still. Through the analysis of tool structure and force, it is found that when the leak-proof valve is opened, the liquid pressure in the upper part of the valve is much higher than that in the lower part, and the liquid level in the wellbore drops rapidly, which produces a greater impact on the cable-through packer, the pin of the slip sleeve is sheared and the pipe string is blocked and stuck. By optimizing the tool structure and increasing the pin strength, the pipe string can be put in place smoothly, ensuring the safe production of single well.
