连续循环阀钻井工艺可以解决易发生沉砂卡钻事故及窄密度窗口的特殊井,该工艺设备由循环短节、循环管汇和控制系统组成。介绍连续循环钻井工艺的基本原理和施工步骤,以及使用过程中遇到的问题和后续改进方向,并在渤海油田锦州区块成功应用。 
Abstract:
The continuous circulation drilling technology can be used in special wells with sand sticking accidents and narrow density window. The process equipment consists of circulation nipple joint, circulation manifold and control system, and has been successfully applied in Jinzhou block of Bohai oilfield. This paper introduces the basic principle and operation steps of the continuous circulation drilling technology, as well as the problems encountered in the course of operation and the direction for further improvement.
