摘要:
通过对20#钢冷拔管进行失效分析,外观和金相分析、宏观和微观断口形貌观察、能谱分析,发现裂纹缺陷处存在“O”“P” “Zn”元素。显然,“O”“P” “Zn” 元素的积聚是在加工过程中形成的,而在磷化处理中使用了 Zn 系磷化液。通过改进磷化液、调整生产工艺,有效地解决了该缺陷的产生,提高了产品的质量。
Abstract:
Failure analysis of 20# cold drawn steel tube was carried out. Through appearance and metallographic analysis, macroscopic and microscopic fracture morphology observation and energy spectrum analysis, it is found that there are "O", "P" and "Zn" elements in the crack defect. The accumulation of "O", "P" and "Zn" elements is formed during the processing, and the Zn phosphating solution is used in the phosphating treatment. The defect was effectively eliminated and the product quality was improved by improving phosphating solution and adjusting production process.
