通过对高压管汇常见的失效案例进行分析,指出定期检测的必要性。在役高压管汇检测参照相关标准和检维修流程执行,声发射检测技术弥补了磁粉探伤仅能检测近表面缺陷的不足。移动式检测服务车具有机动性强、综合服务能力强和可靠性高等优势,可开展贴近施工现场的检测服务。以某检测公司涪陵基地为例,所检测的产品在有效期内故障率大大降低,2017年未发生一起安全事故,有力地保障了涪陵页岩气田的安全生产。
Abstract:
The necessity of regular inspection of high pressure manifold is pointed out by analyzing the common failure cases. The inspection of in-service high-pressure pipe manifold refers to relevant standards and maintenance and repair processes. Acoustic emission detection technology makes up for the shortcoming of magnetic powder inspection which can only detect near surface defects. Mobile inspection service vehicle has the advantages of strong mobility, comprehensive service ability and high reliability, and can carry out inspection services close to the construction site. Taking Fuling base of a testing company as an example, the failure rate of the tested products was greatly reduced during the validity period, and no safety accident occurred in 2017, which effectively guaranteed the safe production of Fuling shale gas field.
